Established in 1976, Vineyard Swimming Club is Cape Town’s largest swimming club with over 250 active members. We provide year round training facilities and development programmes for both Junior and Senior swimmers of all abilities and all ages. We have clubs in 6 areas.

Our Club is committed to providing all our swimmers with the best possible coaching, from the start of club swimming to the highest levels of competitive swimming, national and international.
